1. Sisterfields, Seminyak
I had heard about Sisterfields way before I got to Bali. It’s famous for it’s contemporary health dishes, it’s quality ingredients and the cafe’s beautiful scene. It’s a tad expensive compared to other healthy food spots, but it’s worth visiting at least once on your trip!
2. Watercress, Ubud and Seminyak
Watercress is known for it’s amazing breakfast and beautifully carved coconuts . But my husband said that the burger here might have been the best burger he had during our entire month in Bali.
3. Cafe Organic, Seminyak
This spot was one of my favorites in all of Bali! Not only are the Bali bowls dense, nutritious and delicious, but the cafe has a warm and inviting aesthetic that resembles a trendy spot you might find in Los Angeles.
4. Nalu Bowls, Ulutwatu, Canggu and Seminyak
This Hawaiian-inspired smoothie bowl shack is a staple in Bali. And with three locations throughout the island, it’s no wonder why. Plus, they don’t overcrowd their menu with too many options. Just solid Bali bowls.
5. Ginger Moon, Seminyak
Right in the heart of Eat Street is Ginger Moon, a delicious Balinese cafe with creative concoctions like half moon steamed buns and bali nachos. But the best deal is their 5-course meal that let’s you sample the best of the restaurant.
6. The Seeds of Life, Ubud
If you’re into the raw food way of life, you have to visit the seeds of life! They have amazing raw entrees and ayurvedic drinks. Plus, this restaurant is incredibly invested in their community with several yoga courses, tai chi classes and raw food cooking workshops.
7. Smoothie Shop, Jimbaran
If you’re looking for a healthy food spot south of Kuta, this is THE spot. The cafe has organic bali bowls, raw pizzas and some of the best coffee in Bali, let alone Jimbaran.
8. Betelnut Cafe, Canggu
This restaurant has everything for everyone! From burgers to salads to delicious green juices, you’ll find some of the most nutritious and delicious entrees at this Canggu spot.
9. Cafe Zucchini, Seminyak
Another great cafe for those who want healthy and substantial meals. I highly recommend the chicken snitzel, but their probably more well known for their enormous salads.
10. Earth Cafe and Market, Seminyak
When travelers come to Bali, they often stay a lot longer than they planned. The Earth Cafe and Market is the perfect place to feel like home away from home. Here, you can buy healthy products as well as prepared meals.
11. Alchemy, Ubud
Alchemy is the island’s first vegan restaurant and as a reputation as one of the best restaurants in Bali, be it Vegan or not. The desserts here are delicious and they also happen to have a health store, a holistic clinic and several holistic retreats.
12. Sage, Ubud
This vegan restaurant is the most upscale on the list. If you’re looking for a healthy date night, this is the place you should save all of your appetite for. The food here is unbelievable and they even have homemade, vegan ice cream.
